SnapLedger

Terms of Use

Updated: September 24, 2026

Service and account

SnapLedger, provided by ShengYong Guo, offers scanning, OCR, AI formatting, ledger management, and sync. Protect your credentials and do not impersonate others. Manual bookkeeping does not require a subscription; AI and cloud features require a network connection and account.

Content and acceptable use

You retain rights in your content and authorize us to process it to provide the requested services. You must be authorized to process other people’s information in receipts. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attack the service, or abuse complimentary credits.

Results and record keeping

OCR and AI can misread amounts, dates, and categories. Verify results before saving or using them. The service does not provide accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. Export important records and retain original receipts; local images are not backed up to the cloud.

Subscriptions, privacy, and termination

See the Membership Agreement for pricing, renewals, offers, and cancellation, and the Privacy Policy for data handling. You may stop using the service or delete your account; deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions. We may take necessary, proportionate measures against unlawful conduct or threats to service security. Contact support to dispute a restriction.

Changes and statutory rights

This page shows the update date, and material changes affecting use will be communicated appropriately. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s standard EULA governs the app license obtained through the App Store. Contact support to seek a resolution; available legal remedies remain unaffected.
